Happy NEW Year!
Are you hopeful for 2010? I know that for Christina and I the end of this last decade ended differently than we had planned 6 months ago, but I am so thankful that God’s ways are not our ways. For the last few months I have been writing updates about our journey of church planting. I have been posting these things because I know that you have meant so very much to Christina and I, as well I know that when presented with a prayer request you all pray! I am thankful that all of you do take these requests to the Lord on our behalf. Thank you!!
If you wouldn’t mind praying with Christina and I about the following things we will be blessed!
- We are starting to fundraise money for our “Church Planting Residency” Through the Christian and Missionary Alliance at Center Pointe Church. Please ask the Lord to provide our monthly support of $2,000 per month. Click here to explore how you can get involved!
- We put our home up for sale about 60 days ago or so (which is not really a long time in this market) but we would appreciate you praying that God would sell our home.
- On the 26th of January Christina and I will be interviewed to become a part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Family. Christina will be sharing her testimony of salvation as well as her walk with Jesus. I will also share my salvation story, my walk with the Lord, and I will have a theological / doctrinal portion to my interview. I have been studying and I would appreciate your prayers on the 26th.
- Please begin to pray Luke 10:2 with us at 10:02 AM every day - “And he said to them, the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
